PARENTS & FRIENDS ASSOCIATION KING’S BALL SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
The Parents and Friends Association of Kings Christian College (P&F) will be hosting our annual P&F Ball on October 25th 2025, at The Imperial Hotel, Gold Coast.
The P&F King’s Ball is held each year to raise funds for our High School students to attend Mission trips.
These trips provide our students the opportunity to travel to rural local communities in Queensland and develop countries overseas, where they engage in meaningful community-building projects
and develop valuable leadership and service skills.
During the evening of the ball, we hold a silent auction, which is our main fundraising event of the evening. We are requesting donations from local Gold Coast businesses to include as silent auction items. They can be in the form of vouchers or actual prizes donated by your business.
In addition to coming to this fabulous event, we also welcome all businesses to consider main sponsorship of the event. This is a great opportunity to advertise your business to the King’s parents who attend the event, along with over 10,000+ parents across our 3 school campusus who are a part of our social media platforms.
Your business will be promoted, not just at the event, but throughout the next year on our platforms, along with newsletters and event channels.
PLATINUM PACKAGE
(Maximum 1 available )
• The Events Major Sponsor. Exclusive of Industry.
• Min donation of $5000
• Table of 10 priority dining placement within the Ballroom
• Prominent full-page colour advertisement in program booklet (inside front
cover, back cover, or centre page)
• Table stall to personally advertise your business during the event (you are to
supply your own displays and staff)
• Distribution of advertising material and/or merchandise on every table
• Recurring acknowledgment throughout the event by the Master of Ceremonies.
GOLD PACKAGE
(Maximum of 3 available)
Minimum donation of $2500 in Ball ticket purchases and prize donations
• Prominent full-page colour advertisement in program booklet (inside front cover,
back cover, or centre page)
• Table stall in foyer to personally advertise your business during the event (you are
to supply your own displays and staff)
• Distribution of advertising material and/or merchandise on every table
• Priority dining table placement within the Ballroom
• Recurring acknowledgement during the event
• Acknowledgment by Master of Ceremonies during event
SILVER PACKAGE
(maximum of 5 available)
Minimum donation of $1500 in Ball ticket purchases and prize donations
• Full page colour advertisement in program booklet
• Distribution of advertising material and/or merchandise on every table
• Priority dining table placement within the Ballroom
• Recurring acknowledgement during event
• Acknowledgment by Master of Ceremonies during event
BRONZE PACKAGE
(maximum of 10 available)
Minimum donation of $500 in prize donations
• Half page colour advertisement in program booklet
• Recurring acknowledgement during event
• Acknowledgment by Master of Ceremonies during event

suggestions. Contributions may include:
