The Parents and Friends Association of Kings Christian College (P&F) will be hosting our annual P&F Ball on Saturday, October 10th 2026, at JW Marriott Resort & Spa, Gold Coast.
The P&F King’s Ball is held each year to raise funds to support our High School students in participating in mission trips. Through these experiences, students travel to rural communities across Queensland and developing countries overseas, where they engage in meaningful community projects while developing valuable leadership and service skills.
During the evening, a silent auction is held as the primary fundraising initiative. We invite local businesses to support this effort by donating items, which may include vouchers or products from your business.
In addition to attending this special event, we warmly invite businesses to partner with us as a Major Sponsor. This presents a valuable opportunity to showcase your business to our 10,000-strong King’s parent community, both on the night and across families from all three campuses through our social media platforms. Sponsorship extends beyond the event, with continued visibility through our newsletters and event communications.
Platinum Sponsor – $7,000+

This package is valued at $7,000 and includes a required prize contribution from the Major Sponsor to support fundraising efforts on the night and activate the full range of benefits. As the Major Sponsor of the P&F King’s Ball, your business will receive premium exposure and recognition as a key partner in supporting our students and their mission trips. Your contribution can be made through prize donations or cash to the value of $7,000+
